**Nice to have**:
RMM (Remote Management and Monitoring): Logic Monitor

Disaster Recovery and Continuity Management

Experience working with MSP’s (Managed Service Provider)

Cloud: AWS or any other cloud platform (Not mandatory but good to have)

Server backups and administration

Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMWare

Patch Management: Patching via SCCM, ConnectWise Automate or any other 3rd party tool

**Summary**:

- Maintaining device policies to keep in line with updates and best practices with the following deployment wheels listed below
- Test
- POC
- Prod
- Configured and transform line of business apps to Intune apps and develop deployment policies and groups and maintain
- Standard apps
- Specialized apps
- Versioned apps (multiple versions within an org)
- Validate and keep active Defender for endpoint policies
- Maintain and monitor device registration and enrollment status with the following features:

- Analytics and Reporting
- Remediation guides
- Quarantine and remediation policies
- Maintain Defender for cloud policies with Azure Arc for hybrid infrastructure (not to be confused with hybrid join)
- Maintain server analytics
- Threat reporting
- Threat protection and Defender for server 2012 R2 + maintenance and analytics and reporting
- Add additional server infrastructure as needed
- Develop and maintain Mobility policies, including BYOD and provide:

- Ongoing registration and enrollment analytics
- Threat analytics
- Report on quarantine and remediation activities for these devices
- Maintain Conditional Access policies for these devices
- Management of Autopilot - out-of-the-box experience policy and template deployment and testing
- Tier 3 supports technical guidance in remediation of Azure join or enrollment of device issues
- Guidance and implementation of configuration updates based on new features and changes
- Tiered testing and deployment models when needed
- Live as implemented documentation of the Intune environment for DR and recreation purposes
- Notification of roadmap changes and updates that could impact end users and strategy development
- Management of PatchMYPC Cloud

Install feature updates to MECM;
Install quarterly updates of the primary site in MECM. Consultant Company shall upgrade to newer versions of MECM, including the 2 new releases at the time of this Schedule.

Deploy software updates (including patches) for all MECM site and/or systems monthly and produce monthly reports;
Deploy software updates (including patches) for Windows 10 machines monthly and produce monthly** **reports);
Deploy software updates (including patches) for Microsoft

Conduct quarterly cumulative updates for Windows 10 images using the Newmark & Company images when such updates are released.
