
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Communication Skills**: Utilize exceptional English and Hindi writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Prepare and deliver clear and persuasive presentations and reports.
- **Inbound Sales Support**: Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services. Guide potential clients through the sales process without the pressure of outbound sales calls.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our software products to effectively address and resolve client queries. Stay informed about product updates and changes.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduates are given preference.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
