**Job Title: International Telecaller Sales Executive**

**Location**: Andheri East Marol
**Department**: Telecalling Sales
**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **International Telecaller Sales Executive** to join our sales team. As a Telecaller Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential international clients, promoting our services, and closing sales to achieve monthly sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company by maintaining a high level of customer engagement and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling for Donations**:

- Persuasively engage prospects, building rapport, and inspiring them to contribute on a recurring monthly basis.
- Secure commitments for monthly donations and process payments or pledges.

**Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns, answering questions, and keeping donors informed about how their contributions are making an impact.

**Donation Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly donation goals by converting leads into active donors.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and updates to maximize donor retention and loyalty.

**Sales and Donor Reporting**:

- Accurately maintain records of interactions with donors, including donation amounts, follow-up dates, and communication history.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and donor conversion rates to the team and management.

**GEM (Give, Every, and Month)**:

- Consistently work towards achieving monthly donation goals and contribute to GEM targets by improving personal and team performance.
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to ensure high levels of donor engagement and retention.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Monthly Donation Target Achievement (Number of new monthly donors and total donation amounts).
- Conversion rate of leads into recurring donors.
- Donor retention and satisfaction levels.
- Number of successful follow-up interactions.
- Consistency in meeting GEM-related metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
