**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate overall school administration and campus operations.
- Assist the Principal in daily academic and administrative functions.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate with departments such as transport, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
- Handle admission support, student records, parent queries, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and school operational policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, purchase requisitions, and inventory control.
- Supervise conduct of school events, meetings, and inspections.
- Handle government liaison, documentation, and approvals when required.
- Maintain discipline and decorum across the campus.
- Oversee smooth functioning of infrastructure including classrooms, labs, and common areas.
- Generate periodic reports and MIS for school leadership.
- Support emergency preparedness and student safety measures.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
- Problem-solving ability and decision-making capacity.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multitasking.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in CBSE School operations is a **must**.
- Knowledge of school ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with local statutory norms and school-related regulations.
- Fluency in **Hindi** is **mandatory**; knowledge of **Tamil** is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
