Job Title: Customer Support Executive
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing information about our services and addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve the customer support process and implementing changes as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,354.08 per month
