Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant - Operations with basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9 to manage financial transactions, documentation, and store-wise cash records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Basic Accounting:

- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and journal entries in Tally ERP 9.
- Tally ERP 9 Expertise:

- Maintain and update financial records in Tally ERP 9.
- Generate reports such as ledgers, trial balances, and P&L statements using Tally.
- Discounting Documentation:

- Accurately manage and maintain discounting documentation for transactions.
- Verify and validate discount claims and ensure proper approvals.
- Cash Management:

- Store and maintain cash records store-wise, ensuring accurate reconciliation of cash balances.
- Track and report discrepancies in cash handling and suggest corrective measures.
- Record-Keeping:

- Organize and store all financial and operational records systematically for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure timely updating of all documentation and filing as per organizational policies.
- Compliance and Support:

- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Assist in internal audits by providing accurate records and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience; experience working under a Chartered Accountant (CA) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹8,617.98 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
