**Job Description**:
Job Title**:L1 Monitoring**

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Notice period: 15 days to immediate

Roles & responsibilities:
Technology Skills and Project Experience:

- Monitoring, Data Debugging, Tracing, Dash boarding & Reporting on Dynatrace tool.
- Hands-on experience administering Monitoring Automations Tools like Dynatrace, ELK, Logic monitor, Solman
- Excellent knowledge of handling the ELK tool.
- Strong experience in query languages and writing complex queries with joins and aggregate that deals with large amounts of data.
- Excellent interpersonal, good analytical and communication skills with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and perform as part of a team.
- Prior experience with AWS/ Azure / Kubernetes preferred.

Business / Soft Skills:

- Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders from business.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mind-set, Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions.
- Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resources.
- Ability to delegate where appropriate
- Must be a strong team leader
