**Job Summary**: The Food Court/Store Executive is responsible for taking orders, punching them into the system, serving customers, and addressing customer queries and complaints. The role requires good communication & customer service skills.
- Taking and punching orders accurately.
- Serving Orders to customers
- Handle customer queries & complaints related to orders
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Holidays
- Ability to work in a team.
