Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waitress located in Hyderabad. The Head Waitress will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service in the food and beverage areas. Key responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, managing any customer complaints, and supporting kitchen staff when necessary.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Basic Cooking skills are a plus
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work diligently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
