**Job Title: Site Supervisor - Mundra**

**Location**: Mundra, Gujarat **Company**: Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive **Site Supervisor** to manage daily operations and **site work execution** at our construction sites in **Mundra**. This role involves supervising workers, ensuring proper site execution, maintaining attendance, supporting billing, and handling site-level issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily worker deployment and attendance tracking
- Coordinate and monitor site work execution with labor contractors
- Maintain daily logs, site execution photos, and basic site reports
- Assist the billing team with work records and attendance
- Address and resolve on-site labor grievances
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and workflow continuity at site
- Coordinate with the operations/project management team

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience managing construction site teams
- Good coordination with multiple labor vendors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
