**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily workshop operations, workforce, and machine usage.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee machining, fitting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance work.
- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor performance and progress.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop.
- Coordinate with the planning and material teams for smooth workflow.
- Train junior staff and ensure proper machine handling.
- Prepare daily production and maintenance reports.

**Requirements**:

- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Compulsory).
- **Minimum 10 years** of experience in a mechanical workshop or fabrication unit.
- Strong technical knowledge of machines, tools, and workshop processes.
- Leadership ability to manage a team of workers and technicians.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and operational best practices.
- Willingness to work at project site in Mundra (Gujarat).
