Inside Sales Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**:
- Prequalify leads to determine their interest level, requirements, and potential fit with Sturdy Groups’ offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system.
- **Cold Calling**:
- Conduct daily cold calls to identify potential clients and introduce them to Sturdy Groups' services.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- **Follow-Up and Validation**:
- Validate all prequalified leads by gathering relevant details, confirming requirements, and scheduling further discussions with senior sales executives or managers.
- Follow up on missed appointments or unanswered queries to ensure no opportunity is overlooked.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:
- Provide regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversion rates to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Build trust with prospective clients through clear communication and a professional demeanor.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Freshers are welcome; previous internships or experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- **Language**:
- Fluency in English and Kannada is required; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
**Job Type**: Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
