Qualification: Engineering Degree with MBA

**Role & Expectations**:
The trainee is responsible for the procurement of materials required in the various factories and to process purchase requests for the corporate office.

1. Receiving the Purchase Requests (PR) from all locations and create appropriate Purchase Orders (PO).

2. Raising PO based on confirmed vendors and material availability and approval.

3. Receiving and review Capex purchase requests and process the PO.

4. Gathering quotations for various PRs and processing the same.

5. Ensuring cost efficiency vis-à-vis material quality.

6. Identification of items availability in local markets and arranging the cash purchase.

7. Sample collection of procured materials from the vendor and quality monitoring on an ongoing basis.

8. Ensuring material delivery within timelines mentioned in the PR and as per PO norms.

9. Arrangement of transportation of material pick-up wherever required for large value asset materials.

10. Dealing with insurance of materials in transit for large asset capex materials.

11. Monitoring stock levels of critical and packing materials.

12. Responsible for the creation of PO for cash purchases at different factory locations.

13. Processing the empanelment of New Vendors and vendor renewals.

14. New code generation for Vendors/Materials in SAP.

15. Regular updation of Material order status in the SAP.

16. Closely work with Marketing to process of Scheme related purchases.

17. Work with Sales team for schemes and material arrangement.

18. Follow-up with finance for processing of payments based on varying terms.

19. Ensure material quality from suppliers and process replacements if required.

20. Responsible for MIS and maintenance of reports for weekly and monthly dashboards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
