Purchase Executive Trainee

- **Cost Analysis and Negotiation**:Analyzing market trends and prices, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and ensuring the best possible value for the organization.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:Maintaining accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier information, and preparing reports on purchasing activities.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- **Collaboration**:Working with internal departments to understand their needs and ensuring alignment with procurement strategies.
- **Compliance**:Adhering to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Strong negotiation and communication skills**:The ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- **Knowledge of purchasing principles and practices**:Understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
