**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on Finance
- Procure to Pay processes.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure they reflect current practices and policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to enhance their understanding and performance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify training needs and gaps.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during training sessions.
- Utilize various training methods including classroom instruction e-learning and hands-on activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in BPO training and Finance
- Procure to Pay processes.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for all trainees.
- Assist in the development of career progression plans for employees within the BPO operations.
- Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistency in training delivery.
- Provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Have a strong understanding of Finance
- Procure to Pay processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Show proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
- Exhibit strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Display a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Be adaptable to rotational shifts and flexible working hours.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Show the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Be proactive in identifying training needs and suggesting improvements.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Possess a basic understanding of BPO operations and industry standards.
