We are seeking a **Performance Marketing Intern* **to assist in developing and managing data-driven digital marketing campaigns. The intern will gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, data analysis, and marketing strategy under the guidance of experienced professionals.

**###* Stipend:* 5-8k**

**### *Key Responsibilities**:*
**- *Campaign Assistance:**

Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (search, social media, display).
**- *Data Tracking:**

Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
**- *A/B Testing:**

Assist in running A/B tests on ads and landing pages.
**- *Content Support:**

Help create and optimize ad copy, visuals, and other marketing materials.
**- *Research:**

Conduct market research to support campaign strategies and audience targeting.
**- *Administrative Tasks**:*

Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.

**### *Skills & Qualifications**:*
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (**SEO, SEM, social media marketing**)
- Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
