**Responsibilities**
- Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign.
- Research and develop a marketing strategy, including the content, distributionstrategy(Offline and online both), budget allocation, and metrics for ROI.
- Understand data, and insights, and analyze market trends.
- Production and performance of content (social media/ads).
- Manage/assist digital marketing campaigns and SEO.
- Understand and establish quality standards as per the market trends.
- Develop the content for marketing campaigns (writing and Canva is a must).
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends.
- Manage and allocate budget correctly.
- Knowledge about Ecommerce marketing and D2C platforms (amazon, Spotify, Youtube,flipkart).

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in marketing, economics, commerce, or any related field.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Google and Meta Ad certifications
- A creative vision, the ability to weave and tell stories.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
- Very high standards for creatives and content
- those that are recognized at an international scale.
- Should have an understanding of how to get clients for consultancies/service-basedagencies.

Pay: ₹12,747.21 - ₹70,301.08 per month
