**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Strategy & Management**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, blogs, videos) tailored to our IT services and solutions.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media, building relationships and fostering community engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring our digital presence remains relevant and competitive.
- **Content Creation & Marketing**:
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality blogs, articles, infographics, and case studies that highlight our IT services, solutions, and successes.
- Write compelling and technically accurate content that resonates with IT professionals and potential clients.
- Optimize social media content for SEO to drive organic traffic and increase visibility.
- **Event Marketing & Management**:
- Assist in planning and executing both virtual and in-person events such as webinars, product demos, trade shows, and client meetups.
- Coordinate logistics for events, manage invitations, registrations, and post-event follow-up.
- **Partnerships & Tie-Ups**:
- Identify and build partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and complementary businesses to expand our reach and increase brand credibility.
- Support in negotiating and managing partnerships, sponsorships, and joint promotional campaigns.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, audience engagement, and campaign success using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement based on data insights.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields, ideally with a focus on IT/tech industries. Freshers with a strong interest in IT and digital marketing are also encouraged to apply.
- **Knowledge**:
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and IT industry developments.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of the tech market, including cloud solutions, software services, and IT infrastructure, is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication, writing, and content creation skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into engaging social media content.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinking with a passion for innovation in the tech space.
**Tools**: Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Canva) is preferred
