Sales executive for hybrid vegetable seeds in Belgaum, Karnataka, is responsible for selling seeds, building relationships with customers, and analyzing market trends.

**Roles and Responsibility:
- **
1. You will be responsible for identifying potentialities in your area for various
crops for which Noble Agro Biotech is planning to distribute seeds in
Belgaum in the state of Karnataka.
2. You will be responsible for identifying potential Dealers/ Distributors in your
area of operation and appoint them as per the norms established by the
Company.
3. Regular contact should be established with dealers to maximize our sales and
services. Contacts should be established with unconventional distribution
channels like nurseries which sell seedlings directly to farmers.
4. You have to carry out marketing of all products of the Company as per the
established monthly budgets.
5. You will follow all the established collection procedures so that receivables are
always kept under control. All collections should be by way of Demand drafts/
cheques from the dealers and other buyers. Cash dealings between sales officer
and dealers / Distributors are not allowed.
6. You have to oversee demonstrations and conduct field days in important
locations periodically to popularize company’s products.
7. You will monitor competitors’ activities in seed business Viz. Change in prices
and schemes offered to dealers in the market and report to the company to evolve
suitable marketing strategies.
8. You should keep regular contact with agriculture department officials and
Officers of related agencies to make them aware of our products.
9. You will regularly report the progress of sales, collections and development
works to the immediate superior officer.
10. Whenever required you will report at the Bangalore or Chennai office for
review of the work carried out by you. The review will be taken up by Mr
Chockalingam Palaniappan and the officers assigned to you by the company.
You will report to them on regular basis to them.
11. You will not make any commitment to dealers / distributors and other outside
clients on behalf of the company without prior approval from the company

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
