**Requirment**: We specifically require to be currently working as a training placement coordinator in an esteemed and recognized degree college.

**About Us**:
We are an upcoming educational institution in Mumbai, specializing in IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT/Placement tests/Corporate Skills preparation courses. We are seeking dynamic and motivated Campus Coordinators to promote our IELTS services and drive student enrollment through engaging webinars.

As a Campus Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to market for now our IELTS services and futher on any other test services we add and encourage students to attend our informative webinars. This role is commission-based, offering substantial earning potential based on your performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing and Promotion: Pave the way for us to conduct low-cost paid (599/-) webinars for your college students.
- Student Engagement: Post the webinar pursuade students to buy one of the tiers of the courses mentioned.

**Earning Potential**:
With this commission structure, your earnings can range from ₹500 to ₹1,000 per student, depending on the course tier selected.

10000/- earning potential per webinar conducted (for 100 students attending a webinar)

**Commission Structure**:

- ₹100 per student for each student you bring to the webinar.
- ₹500 per student if they enroll in any of our course tiers.
- ₹1,000 per student if they opt for the highest-tier course.

Expected Earnings: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program at a recognized university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in marketing or event coordination is advantageous.

**Application Process**:
Valid Proof of you being associated as a training placement coordinator with a recognized degree program institution in Mumbai/ Western/ Central / Suburban/ Thane / Navi Mumbai.

We welcome faculty members outside Mumbai too from other metropolitans/cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi, etc. of India.

**Interview process**:
Telephonic interview to verify details and job briefing.

Next, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group with other coordinators and be given instructions post you're being verified.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
