The Store In-charge is responsible for overseeing the storage, management, and dispatch of fabric materials (Knits) used in the production process. This role involves maintaining an efficient and organized fabric store, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely supply of fabric to production team, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fabric stock, including quantities, types, and specifications.
- Performs regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor fabric usage and forecast future requirements based on production schedules.
- Oversee the fabric deliveries, ensuring that materials are in good condition and match order specification including GSM, colour fastness, size etc.
- Ensure fabrics are labeled, categorized and stored efficiently based on type, color, size or order requirements.
- Implement stock rotation principles (First in, First Out) and 5s to ensure is fabric is used in correct order.
- Ensure that all fabric rolls are kept in appropriate conditions to prevent degradation.
- Address any discrepancies or defects found in fabrics ensuring they are properly documented and resolved.
- Provide fabrics according to production orders and schedules, ensuring there are no delays in manufacturing process.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and stock report, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure proper documentation for all fabrics receipts, issues and returns.
- Coordinate with procurement team for fabric orders and ensure timely availability of materials.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or any Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel/fabric industry
- Proven experience in managing inventory and fabric handling
- **Must have knowledge of fabric knitting and dying process**:

- Should have good knowledge of knits and woven fabric

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
