**Job Title**: Home Loan Executive

**Experience**: 3+ Years in home loan sales
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Acquire new home loan customers through various channels.
- Counsel potential borrowers on suitable home loan products based on their needs and financial status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest home loan products, interest rates, and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in home loan sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the home loan sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of home loan products and processes.
- Must possess a 2-wheeler for local commute.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
