**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Online Platform Engagement**:

- Respond to project postings, prepare proposals, and engage with potential clients through these platforms to secure projects.
- **Business Development**:

- Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients in need of IT services such as web development, app development, and IT staffing.
- Implement both inbound and outbound strategies to attract new clients.
- **Client Engagement and Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to facilitate repeat business and explore new service opportunities.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Present, promote, and sell IT services effectively, tailoring proposals to meet client needs and closing deals to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the sales process is seamless and client expectations are met.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, new technologies, and product/service releases that could impact sales or offer new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and optimize our sales approach.
- **Sales Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and detailed reports on revenue and other key metrics.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and market insights to senior management.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in IT sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets, including experience working with online freelance platforms.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of the IT and technology market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and convince potential clients.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational abilities.

**How to Apply**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
