Position Name: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Navi Mumbai (Mahape)
Years of Experience: 7 - 10 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, managing correspondence, and compiling minutes of meetings for the CEO.
- Prepare reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and tasks and follow up on pending matters to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the organization to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role for a minimum of 7 to 10 years.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
