Customer Support Executive**

**LOB**: BIRD Electric Vehicle Process for US

**Position**: Customer Support Executive

**Location**: Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurgaon

**Salary**: Upto 29,000 CTC

**Shift**: 24/7, Majority Night Shift as per US hours / 5 Days working

**Hiring Model**: WFO

**Skillset**:

- Communication should be Excellent like B2 or C1 US English both Verbal and Written
- Typing Speed: 35 WPM, 90%

**Qualification**: Graduation

**Responsibilities**: - Provide excellent customer service to BIRD Electric Vehicle Process customers in the US
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
