**Job Title**:Customer Service Representative (US Process)

**Location**:Udyog Vihar Phase 4

**Work Schedule**: 5 days a week, Rotational Shifts

**Salary Bracket**:₹26,000 - ₹29,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the United States.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
