**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Operating and maintaining different Office equipment.
- Supervising housekeeping staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Interact with IT, internet and industrial estate personnel as needed
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the senior management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

**WHO YOU ARE**:
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- We are an animal friendly company and have resident pets in the office. Being comfortable around animals ( if you love animals, even better ) is a must have for this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
