We are looking for dynamic and versatile individuals to join our **Sales ,Marketing and Customer Relation **team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, promoting our products/services, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a **Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients.

The **Marketing Executive **will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

The **Customer Relations Officer** will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

**REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- Proven work experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**KEY RESPONSILBILITIES:

- **
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs and concerns.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
