We are urgently looking Sales Executive.
**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Glass Industry
**Location**: Sindhu Bhavan (Ahmedabad)
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the glass industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Promote the company’s glass products, including custom and specialized glass solutions, to potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and distributors.
- Regularly visit clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and follow up on inquiries and orders.
- Address client concerns or issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Provide technical support and product recommendations based on client requirements.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and project progress.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the production, design, and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Assist with pricing negotiations, order processing, and delivery timelines.
- **Attend Industry Events**:
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences related to the glass industry.
- Network with potential customers and stakeholders to expand the business.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the glass or building materials industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good understanding of the glass products and industry.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Customer-focused with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Additional Qualities**:
- Proactive, driven, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary + commission based on sales performance.
