Greetings from Mahavir Glass Enterprise We are looking for inside ''Sales Executive". Location - Shilaj, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Education - Any Graduate. Salary-20k-35k **Key Responsibilities**: - **Sales Data Management**: Maintaining and updating customer databases, tracking sales metrics, and generating sales reports. - **Customer Communication**: Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries, handling orders, and following up on product or service deliveries. - **Order Processing**: Managing the order process from receipt through to delivery, ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. - **Coordination between Departments**: Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure the smooth flow of sales operations. - **Inventory Management**: Keeping track of stock levels and communicating any supply issues that might affect sales. - **Support for Sales Representatives**: Assisting with client meetings, preparing presentations, and supporting sales representatives with any additional information or resources they might need. - **Lead Generation**: Sometimes involved in prospecting and qualifying new leads to pass along to the sales team. Skills and Qualifications: - **Strong Communication**: The ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. - **Organizational Skills**: Being able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain a high level of accuracy. - **CRM Software Knowledge**: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools to track leads, contacts, and sales. - **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address issues as they arise and ensure that customer needs are met in a timely manner. - **Sales Experience**: While the role is often more supportive, some knowledge of sales principles can be beneficial. - Prior experience in sales, customer service is often preferred.
