- **Maintain a proactive approach in building and nurturing a talent pool of Indian professionals.**

- **Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.**
***:

- **Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.**
***:

- **Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.**

- **Act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent to the organization.**
