Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
• Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Handle salary negotiations, reference checks, and background verifications.
• Facilitate onboarding, including offer letters, inductions, and team introductions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage hiring costs effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment (freshers from tech backgrounds are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and a collaborative team player.
