IT Recruiter

Recruitment Plan:

- Create a recruitment plan, with timelines and deployment of recruiter details, priority level etc.
- Track progress against plan, changes in priorities etc.
- Handling end - end recruitment (Both IT and Non
- IT hiring)
- Head Hunting for senior positions
- Work with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of open positions
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple recruitment projects
- Follow a defined process of manpower requisition form to trigger the process
- Ensure JD are in place for all recruitment positions

Job Portals:

- Evaluate and select best portal services suiting our requirements
- Use portal help to refine searches
- Periodically update database, remove redundant resumes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Recruiting: 1 year (required)
