Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates. Handle salary negotiations, reference checks, and background verifications. Facilitate onboarding, including offer letters, inductions, and team introductions. Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of positions. Coordinate with vendors to manage hiring costs effectively. What We're Looking For: Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment (freshers from tech backgrounds are welcome to apply). Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proactive, organized, and a collaborative team player.
