Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
- Answer potential clients’ questions about improvement.
- Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
- Train other telemarketers when required
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
- Explaining products to clients and providing them with information about their dental health needs
- Identifying opportunities for new business by contacting potential clients, researching their needs, and presenting solutions
- Presenting information about new products or services to dentists through in-office demonstrations’
- Helping with new patient check ins, including taking medical histories and recording patient information in the computer
- Establishing new accounts with new customers by conducting initial consultation with the dentist regarding treatment options and materials
- Determining insurance coverage for dental procedures or products and submitting claims to insurance companies for payment
- Estimating costs for dental services based on insurance coverage or other criteria specified by the dentist

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
