**Job Title - Telemarketing Executive**

**Location - Kurla West**

**Experience - 1 -2 Years**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services.
- Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
- Build rapport with customers, addressing their needs and answering queries.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade potential customers to schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Meet and exceed call quotas.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation Not Required
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
