**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects to promote ReconPurple's products and services.

2. Introduce potential customers to our company and explain the benefits of our offerings.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Identify sales opportunities and upsell additional products or services to existing customers.

5. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or website inquiries.

6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.

7. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

8. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

9. Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

10. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering results.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.

8. Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
