
High End Commercial Broker

Responsibilities:
Prospect and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and referral sources to generate leads for luxury residential properties.
Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, pricing, and inventory in high-end residential real estate markets.
Create and maintain property listings, marketing materials, and online presence to effectively promote luxury properties to potential buyers and tenants.
Conduct property tours and showings for prospective clients, highlighting the unique features and amenities of each property.
Guide clients through the negotiation process, leveraging your expertise to achieve optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including attorneys, lenders, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions and provide comprehensive services to clients.
Stay abreast of industry regulations, contract laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and uphold ethical standards in all transactions.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the buying or leasing process, addressing any concerns or questions to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information and interacting with affluent clientele.
Continuously strive to exceed sales targets, expand your network, and enhance your skills through training, professional development, and networking opportunities.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
