As we scale our operations, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team.

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Document Preparation and Management**:

- Assist Company Secretary in the preparation of secretarial documents.
- Coordinate with directors and relevant stakeholders for document signing.
- Manage the printing, scanning, and organization of all secretarial documents.
- Prepare and file necessary ROC (Registrar of Companies) forms in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Coordination with Consultants**:

- Work closely with external Company Secretarial (CS) firms to ensure timely completion of secretarial tasks.
- Assist in providing documents for internal and external audits and due diligences.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate with directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders to facilitate board and general meetings.
- Assist in the distribution of notices, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of meeting proceedings and resolutions passed.

**Compliance Support**:

- Stay updated with changes in corporate governance and compliance regulations.
- Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records and filings.
- Support the Company Secretary in implementing compliance policies and procedures.

**General Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the Legal & Compliance team.
- Assist in special projects and other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Company Secretary (Semi Qualified) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or Finance.
- Previous experience in a compliance, legal, or company secretarial role is preferred.
- Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance regulations, and ROC filing processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
