Responsibilities:Conduct pre-shipment trade and regulatory research for international shipmentsCollaborate with 3rd party vendorsAudit and verify shipping documents and external partner documentation for compliance (FCPA, Anti-Bribery)Communicate with brokers and external partiesLiaise with Legal and Tax teams for compliant import/export processesProvide timely clearance instructions to customs brokersTroubleshoot problem shipmentsEnsure STO-related commercial documents are compliantReview and approve:Commercial Invoices (CI)Packing Lists (PL)Airway Bills (AWB) within 24 business hoursEnter order forms into internal systemsSupport Tax and Customs audits with Legal Regional TeamEnsure all shipments meet client export/import regulations with Trade Compliance and 3PL teamsComplete due diligence on external parties per Legal standardsMonitor and manage Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Denied Party ScreeningsMaintain brokerage performance reportsCoordinate resolution or escalation of international customs-hold shipmentsResearch compliance and shipping regulations in emerging marketsCandidate Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field3+ years in the logistics industry, with exposure to trade compliance, regulations, inventory, or warehouse management2+ years of domain experience in Hardware OperationsProficiency with spreadsheets, stock management, and forecastingAdaptability in a rapidly changing environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levelsKnowledge of trade compliance rules and regulations
