**Corporate Relations And Placement Officer**

The Corporate Relations and Placements Officer plays a key role in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners to ensure successful placement outcomes for students. This position involves strategic planning, relationship management, and overseeing the entire placement process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and employers.
- Coordinate and manage campus recruitment activities and events.
- Assist students with career counseling and placement preparation.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for placement success.
- Maintain up-to-date records of placements and employer databases.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and networking events for students.
- Provide feedback and reports on placement activities to management.
- Customized career pages

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate relations or campus placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
