**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and enforcement of safety policies and procedures on-site.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard assessments under supervision.
- Support in ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines and legal regulations.
- Promote safe practices at the job site by conducting toolbox talks and awareness sessions.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure it is properly worn and maintained.
- Help in investigating and documenting accidents or near-miss incidents.
- Prepare and maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Support the senior HSE team during audits, inspections, and safety drills.
- Maintain signage, safety boards, and emergency equipment on-site.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
- 0-1 year of experience in a safety or engineering site role.
- Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at project or industrial sites.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,267.44 - ₹44,696.13 per month
