Production Executive

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Production Executive to join our team. As a Production Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing various aspects of event production. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment will contribute to the seamless execution of unforgettable weddings and the satisfaction of our clients. Flexibility with working hours, including late nights and weekends, is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to understand the client's vision, preferences, and objectives for each wedding event.
- Coordinate and oversee all logístical aspects of the event production, including venue selection, vendor management, décor arrangement, and technical support, even if it requires working late nights or unconventional hours.
- Create and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring efficient completion of all tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage budgets and cost tracking, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective event production.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and contractors for various production elements, such as lighting, sound, staging, floral arrangements, and audiovisual equipment.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop wedding layouts, designs, and thematic elements that align with the couple's preferences and wedding theme.
- Supervise the setup, installation, and dismantling of event equipment and decorations, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of any technical or aesthetic issues, even during late-night hours.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess venue suitability, identify potential challenges, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure flawless event execution.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of event production staff, including technicians, stagehands, and other support personnel.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control, ensuring that all production elements meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest wedding trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event production, incorporating innovative ideas into wedding planning and execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in event management, production, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in wedding event production or related roles within the events management industry.
- In-depth knowledge of wedding logistics, technical requirements, and production processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and late nights, as required by wedding event schedules.
- Passion for the events industry and a drive to create extraordinary experiences for couples and their guests, even when working during non-traditional hours.

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
