WHAT YOU OFFER USAs a Digital Creative Production Quality Checker, you will be paramount in maintaining the quality and accuracy of digital designs. Working closely with the Studio Lead and Production/Development teams, your responsibilities will include:- Conducting comprehensive quality checks on digital creative outputs, including web designs, email templates, banners, social media creatives, and video deliverables - Reviewing and ensuring adherence to design briefs, brand guidelines, and visual accuracy - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and high standards of brand identity across all digital assets - Testing the functionality of interactive design elements on websites and landing pages - Checking for content readability and visual harmony, including image placement and icon selection - Preparing and presenting quality improvement feedback to design teams - Understanding of digital deliverables specifications - Staying updated with the latest design testing technologies and trends to integrate innovative quality assurance techniquesOTHER COMPETENCIES/YOU MUST HAVE THE SENSIBILITY TO- Exhibit excellent communication skills with a confident demeanor - Be a proactive team player committed to delivering superior quality and service - Take ownership of results and drive improvements in quality assurance processes - Demonstrate a detail-oriented mindset with a strong aesthetic judgment - Effectively manage time and handle multiple projects at once - Pose the right questions to refine and elevate design briefs - Develop strategies to execute high-level quality control effectivelyGREAT TO HAVE- Over 6 years of experience in quality assurance in the digital creative production - Proficiency in digital design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Google Web Designer (GWD), and After Effects is an added advantage. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web testing tools - Background in a creative agency or creative production environment is preferred - A zeal for excellence and a relentless drive to perfect your work until it meets your and stakeholders' satisfactionLOCATION:Bengaluru – Work from Office - Rotational ShiftWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- Strong understanding of industry standards and trends - Familiarity with best practices across various digital mediums and platforms - A curious mindset to explore and understand interconnected domains
