**Role Summary**:
Astroport India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and creative **Senior Trainer - Experiential Learning** to design, implement, and lead hands-on, astronomy-inspired learning programs across education, tourism, and corporate segments. This role blends science, storytelling, outdoor adventure, and training innovation to create world-class engagement experiences.

**Key Responsibilities** **Guest Engagement & Vacation Experiences**
- Design interactive activities for weekend guests, families, and tourists
- Lead seasonal programs such as summer camps and festival specials
- Develop inclusive strategies for engaging diverse audience segments

**Content & Training Material Development**
- Create manuals, kits, and training aids for astronomy and science-based programs
- Innovate formats like simulations, games, and storytelling modules
- Ensure all activity equipment is age-appropriate, safe, and effective

**Corporate Programs & Retreats**
- Lead team-building, leadership, and CSR retreats under the Astroport brand
- Customize training experiences based on client needs
- Integrate themes like mindfulness, space science, and astronomy

**Outdoor Camps & Onsite Learning**
- Set up and manage Astroport site-based experiential learning camps
- Coordinate with technical and stargazing teams for smooth delivery
- Maintain quality logs, session reviews, and safety standards

**Online & Hybrid Learning**
- Develop virtual stargazing sessions, webinars, and e-learning content
- Build hybrid learning models for schools and space enthusiasts

**Research & Innovation**
- Conduct market and thematic research to design new programs
- Create detailed itineraries for education trips and public events
- Work with experts to ensure scientific accuracy and relevance

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 5-7 years of experience in training, education, outdoor camps, or tourism
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills
- Experience with telescopes, astronomy tools, and digital learning platforms
- Excellent content development, storytelling, and communication abilities
- Project and team management experience preferred
- Certifications in adventure education or experiential training (preferred)
