**Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive**
**Location: Gurgaon, India**
**Salary Range: Up to 3 lakhs per annum (2.15 lakhs fixed salary + Incentive)**
**About Us**:
We are a dynamic prop-tech start-up founded by industry veterans from Ex-Cardekho and Ex-Cartrade. Our team is supported by advisors who are alumni from prestigious institutions such as Wharton, Kellogg, Stanford, and IIMA, among others. Together, we are building a revolutionary marketplace in the secondary market of real estate.
**Responsibilities**
- Qualify owners into interested sellers through telecalling.
- Act as a lead generator for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Previous tele-calling experience, preferably from reputed call centers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- Total salary up to 3 lakhs per annum, including a fixed salary of 2.15 lakhs and incentives based on performance.
