**Job Summary**
SoleFox is a small development and product support company in Nashik working with AU, UK and US clients. We are looking for an experienced / fresher Chat Support Executives with excellent written communication skills for our 24/7 support centre. This job involves working in various shifts.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Communicate with customers via chat to help in resolving their issues and proactively initiate chat with visitors to the website.
- Receive, process and verify the accuracy of queries received from customers.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Functional knowledge of using MS Excel and other MS Office products.
- Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required
- Analytical skills are required with an eye for details.
- Typing speed is crucial (Speed - 30 words per minute - 95% accuracy)

**Benefits**

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 to ₹12,500.00 /month

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 per month
