Maintenance Supervisor(Fitter)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation and Maintenance:
Install, align, and maintain mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Execute preventive maintenance tasks to sustain optimal equipment functionality.
- Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime through efficient repair.
- Repair and Overhaul:
Conduct repairs and overhauls on machinery, replacing or refurbishing components as necessary. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective equipment restoration.
- Precision Measurement:
Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure accurate alignment and calibration of machinery.

Conduct routine checks to identify and rectify issues related to equipment accuracy.
- Fabrication:
Fabricate and modify components using welding and machining techniques as required.

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for accurate fabrication.
- Safety Compliance:
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety awareness among colleagues.

Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or deficiencies promptly.
- Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

Provide input for the development and updating of equipment documentation.
- Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and other maintenance personnel, to achieve common goals.

Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
