**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily CNC machining operations (VMC/Turning centers).
- Allocate jobs, monitor work progress, and ensure production targets are met.
- Review and validate CNC programs for correctness and optimization.
- Ensure machine setup, tool selection, and job changeovers are done efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure parts meet dimensional and tolerance requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Train, guide, and evaluate CNC operators and setters.
- Monitor and maintain 5S, safety, and shop discipline.
- Maintain production reports, tool usage logs, and downtime records.
- Collaborate with planning, design, and quality departments for smooth workflow.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in CNC operations, maintenance & production.
- Sound knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemensetc.)
