We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines and interpreting technical drawings to produce precision parts according to specifications Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines e g milling lathe turning grinding Interpret blueprints engineering drawings and job orders Load raw materials and tools into machines and monitor operations Adjust machine settings to ensure proper speed feed and cutting tools Inspect finished parts using measuring tools calipers micrometers gauges Ensure products meet quality and tolerance standards Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Document production and inspection results Maintain a clean safe and organized workspace Collaborate with engineering and production teams for process improvements Plan and execute daily production schedules as per job orders Monitor production flow and ensure timely completion of targets Coordinate with the production supervisor and report any delays or machine issues Maintain records of daily output rework and scrap Manage raw material loading in-process material movement and finished goods dispatch Ensure proper usage of manpower and resources during the shift Adhere to 5S safety and quality norms across the production floor Please share your updated resume at hr jayteegroup co in Regards HR Department 91 88823 51174 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
